Job Description
Shaping the future by taking ownership in a diverse and high performance environment - your main duties will be:- Create something new: The work as a Product/Project Security Manager will be in particular interesting for people who:
- like to create automotive security concepts and want to face new challenges in order to further increase the security of our products
- like to work in an expanding competency area which is cutting edge for the industry
- like to work on the interfaces between technology and (project)management
- usually work in bigger networks and like to establish new contacts
- Take ownership: You accompany, develop and support our projects in all security relevant topics - from understanding customer/internal requirements regarding security up to SW-releases. Work products are Threat and Risk Analysis, security system design to support the software system designer during implementation of security features like secure On Board Communication or Secure Flash. An particular focus will be to consult our customers in engineering their vehicle security concepts to protect their vehicles and to satisfy upcoming regulations.
- Work in different fields: The areas of application go from embedded software development, operating systems up to back-end solutions. According to your profile you will work on a variety of applications: Automotive, Off-Highway, IoT, ECU development, connectivity and cross-domain functions as well as HW security concepts.
Qualifications
Enabling experiences unlocking your potential - we are looking for candidates with the following personality traits and proven skills for:- Courage: strong customer communication skills and comfortable establishing networks on all management levels with customers and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge: deep understanding in developing product security features like: Secure Boot/Flash, Secure Access, Secure In-Vehicle Communication,
- Experience: The ideal candidate would have experience in Bosch's Security Engineering Process (SEP) respectively ISO 21434 and its artifact generation (Threat / Risk Analysis, Security Concept, Security Requirements,)
- Curiosity: passionate about continuous self-development and learning new technologies
- Ambition: self-directed work style, project ownership and high result orientation
- Empathy: ability for open mindedness and switching owns perspectives
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline or Computer Science
- 3+ years’ experience in Automotive industry
- 3+ cumulative years’ experience in the following:
- Security Risk Analysis / Threat and Risk Analysis
- Project Management
- Vulnerability Management
- Systems/Requirements Engineering
- Security Concepts
- Practical experience/knowledge regarding:
- Embedded microcontrollers
- Software programming in C
- Embedded hardware design
- AUTOSAR
- In-vehicle network communication protocols
