- Our client is looking for a Vehicle Quality Engineer to help develop and execute a robust production quality system.
- This is a critical role that will closely interact with teams across the company to ensure new vehicles leaving the plant meet the rigorous quality standards required for self-driving vehicles.

- Evaluate our current production quality standards and help to build robust quality checks and validation processes both internally and externally
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and technician teams on root cause analysis of issues on new vehicles
- Track all issues and effectively communicate status to all stakeholders
- Work with the company and suppliers on corrective action plans and ensure they are implemented
- BS in engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ year's relevant experience in a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience working with automotive manufacturers and suppliers
- Experience with root cause analysis best practices
- Strong, data driven, statistical QC and QA skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and engineering disciplines
- Able to work as a W2 employee of New Journey AI (no corp-to-corp)
- Experience with autonomous vehicle systems
