Job Description

  • Development and improvement of engineering processes (ASPICE scope) with focus on usability and software
  • Coordination of tool improvement activities based on project- and process needs
  • Coaching of development team in the field of processes, methods and tools
  • Working in an international team, including remote coaching
  • Design focus on Automotive Electronics gateway and body controller products.
  • Group is responsible for advanced development activities for communication modules that enable autonomous driving/advanced driver assistance systems.
  • Currently working on next generation connectivity modules including OTA update abilities.
  • Development projects include multi-core/high-speed hardware solutions and hardware based cyber security solutions, as well as audio video bridging (AVB)

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience with creating, implementing, and testing automotive ECU Software
  • 2+ years of experience with verification / validation tools
  • Experience with methods used in engineering
  • Experience with ASPICE
  • Experience with Coaching / Consulting methods
  • Experience in the complete SDLC
  • Experience in Software development and management tools such as RTC, DOORS/DNG, Rhapsody, RQM, Static Analysis and Unit testing tools
  • Understanding Software Architecture methodologies and Software Design Principles

Preferred

  • Good understanding of Ethernet OSI model and vehicle network
  • Experience with Automotive Ethernet, CAN, CAN-FD, and LIN
  • Experience or background in the development of vehicle electronic architectures
  • Familiarity with E/E architecture tools such as Vector Preevision, Mentor Capital
  • Experience with Autosar development workflows
  • Experience with failure analysis like FMEA and fault trees
  • Experience with Functional Safety/ISO 26262
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe
  • Experience in ASPICE assessments as an Assessor/Co-Assessor
  • Experience with SW project management
