Project Management responsibilities for XC/CHO-NA product portfolio.
These responsibilities include but not limited to:Product development coordination from initial Kick Off meeting through Start of Production; track and control project-KPI’sFollowing Bosch and industry development processesHosting weekly internal and customer meetingsManagement of OPLs (Open Topics) both internally and externallyPlant interface for product releases, updates etcProject key customer interfaceCost Tracking/reportingDevelop continuous improvement projects for implementationEnsure customer sample quality and timingPrepare and present project statusLead & develop project teamPerform lessons learned and final project reviewLead interdisciplinary project teamsAssure achievements of project objectives and targetsProject budgeting and control of project profit (EBIT optimization)Manage interface between customer and project teamResponsible for project-specific decision-making
