Job Description

Responsible to assist or have full ownership of the hardware designs on electronic control modules including:

  • Lead responsible hardware process activities, worst case circuit analysis and simulations, circuit design and troubleshooting systems issues.
  • Set up and perform electrical bench and vehicle tests, documenting in detailed technical reports.
  • Support product validation and related troubleshooting activities.
  • Participate in design reviews.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • BS in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or similar Engineering discipline
  • 3+ years experience in circuit design for electronic hardware projects

Preferred:

  • MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and global team members.
  • Ability to create supporting technical and process related documentation.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to North American locations, as well as internationally.
  • High attention to detail, accountability and ownership.
  • Flexible to assist with other tasks as assigned
  • Full life cycle hardware development experience for automotive electronics products (requirements, concept, component selection, worst case analysis, simulation, validation, production launch)
