Job Description
- Coordinate development on environmental perception for autonomous driving functions- Develop concepts, develop and specify requirements, coordinate implementation, as well as software and system tests.- Work in agile team and participate in the continuous improvement of our solution concepts and working methods.- You are the contact person for others international teams and agree with them on plans, concepts and requirements. Collaborate with other teams, departments and customers.- Take responsibility to look for optimal solutions and convince development team, management and customers as stakeholders.- Evaluate possible solutions in a structured way for decision making.
Travel Expectation: 10- 15% domestic and international.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science,Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
- 3+ years of academic or professional experience in software development for automotive applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in (sub) project management, or product owner or similar role in agile teams
- Know-how: C, Python, Matlab
- Experience in sensor signal processing, object tracking, behavior planning, motion control
- Experience in software development for embedded systems
- Ideallyknowledge of machine learning / artificial intelligence, map and localization
- Innovative, team player, good communication skills
- Working method: self-reliant, self-initiative, structured, analytical, goal-oriented and quality conscious
