Job Description
Interface between OEM & Bosch to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship Achieve the sales and profit target in BP for his/her project(s) Support the cross functional acquisition team Support and define acquisition & pricing strategy for specific OEM sourcing (medium sized & complex acquisitions) Apply acquisition tools Identify customer requirements and collect competitor information Obtain required releases (AQR/BAR, Quote Approval Matrix) and signatures Prepare customer quote letter Manage price negotiations (acquisition, annual prices, A/R) Achieve common agreements in conflict situations and drive escalations in own responsibility
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Foreign degree equivalent
- 2+ years experience in automotive sales
- Knowledge of and/or proficiency with sales tools, systems and procedures
- 2+ yrs of quoting and negotiating with OEMs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Business Management
- Technical knowledge of current and future driver assistance technologies
- Experience working with North American OEMs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in global cross functional teams
- Combination of technical knowledge and commercial skills
- Good understanding of automotive products, customer and sales/marketing
