?Job Summary?Digital Partnerships is a new team at Rocket that is focused on providing 3rd party partners and their customers the right experiences and capabilities for the Rocket suite of products. We are looking for a seasoned Lead product manager to help build and scale Rocket?s partner ecosystem. ?Responsibilities?

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and wants through research of market trends, customer feedback, current state analysis and user testing?
  • Develop, maintain and inform the product vision and road?map, communicating thewhy? widely and often,?ensuring that solutions being developed achieve the vision and road?map
  • Build relationships and communicate at a high level with a wide array of partners,?including but not limited to business stakeholders, technology, senior leadership, other product strategy team members, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. ?Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
  • Make informed but quick decisions regarding the team and product?s strategy and road?maps, and follow through with delivery
  • Work closely with customers, partners, technology, UX and business areas to champion and execute on the strategy/road?maps
  • Ensure that the?Product team is creating and evangelizing end-to-end customer journeys for all current and future product offerings
  • Take a metrics and research-driven approach to product innovation and the?product?development?life?cycle as a whole
