Full House Marketing has an immediate need for an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Midland area.

COMPENSATION:ÂÂ

$16-$17/Hourly based on Experience.Â

Rotating on-call (approximately 1 week per month)

Discount rent (increases with longevity of employment)

Benefits, PTO, Paid Holiday, 401K, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1-2 years of apartment or similar experience

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Clean background

Own tools

MUST be HVAC Certified to be considered

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Full time permanent HVAC Mainteanance Technician positionÂ

Rotating On-Call, (approximately once per month)

Respond to resident work orders for maintenance service; troubleshooting and taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service

Heavy on heating, cooling and plumbing diagnosis and repairs, also includes general mechanical, carpentry and electrical

Apartment turns; completing all repairs/replacements necessary prior to new resident move-in

Assist with maintaining general curb appeal, keeping grounds & common areas free of trash/debris, including snow removal as necessary

Background and motor vehicle history checks will be performed on all qualified applicants.
