Growth-minded, cutting-edge firm seeking passionate, experienced Associate Attorney to become a part of our Tri-City Estate Planning team! You will assist clients in creating and implementing various estate documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney. Excellent opportunity for the entrepreneurial-minded attorney looking for the freedom to develop their own practice while still enjoying the benefits of working with an established, experienced team of attorneys and specialists who have served as a leading estate planning firm in the state of Michigan for nearly 20 years. Experience in transactional law is a plus, though comprehensive training could be provided to the right candidate. Responsibilities:

Design and implement estate plans of various scopes for our Tri-City Area clients

Manage and grow relationships with our network of financial professionals

Provide exemplary service and update plans for our existing client base

Share in helping us fulfill our mission of providing convenient, affordable, and effective estate planning tools for residents throughout the state.

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in practicing in the area of trusts, wills, etc is preferred

Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan

Experience in elder care law, business law, probate/trust administration strongly preferred

Ability to build rapport with clients and generate repeat/referral business

Ability to meet and exceed weekly revenue goals

Compensation:

$60,000-$80,000
