Sales Manager Small wholesale company is seeking an enthusiastic outgoing Sales Manager to support and grow our national wholesale and retail business.
Job Description
Manage and motivate National Sales Reps
Telephone sales calls to existing customers
Identify new business opportunities
Answer phones and take orders
Customer Service
Sales lead / Advertising tracking
Send catalogs and samples to customers and follow-up for orders
Look for ways to improve existing practices
Oversee Account List
Offer tradeshow insight and help with planning
Potential for travel if interested
Assist admin staff as needed
Hours 9-5 Monday - Friday
Skills required
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated and ability to work independently while maintaining focus on goals.
Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks Enterprise, and CRM preferred
Experience in selling products (over the phone) to existing customers
Opening new wholesale accounts
Highly organized and passionate about sales
Wholesale, tradeshow, or retail experience preferred
2+ years of proven work experience in a high volume sales role (preferably wholesale)
Compensation and Benefits
$12/hr + Commissions and Bonuses based on sales. $35,000+ Annually
