We are looking for all skill levels I need roofers that can have production but also meet the quality end I want top notch quality and we're willing to pay for it . Roofers must know how to do everything including snap lines , cut chimney, flash properly, run your valley properly , This may seem simple and obvious but you would be suprised how many guys say they been in the trade for 20 years and don't know the proper way to run ice shield.
I need Carpenters that can do it all from Concrete to Framing to drywall I need guys that get on job and can get job done with little to none direction .
Labors I'm looking for labors that are looking to bust there ass to work there way up the chain I need tear off guys that if you hustle you can make some damn good money and start to work your way into either a roofer or a carpenter apprentice .
At last I also need guys that can actually side with top notch quality actually know what there doing And have production levels and if you can run a break and acutually know how to bend metal this all has to be top notch.
Window installers are needed also but it's is a must you must know how to bend metal properly also and caulk the windows
