- Conduct research on next generation polymer materials for PEM and AEM fuel cell applications
- Conduct synthesis and evaluation to polymer materials
- Use of fuel cell test stand to study materials on single cell and stack
- Conduct chemical, mechanical and electrochemical characterization of fuel cells and materials
- Work with modeling experts to optimize and design polymer structure
- Collaborate with other team members in a cross-functional group, as well as academic.
- Ph.D. or equivalent in chemistry, chemical engineering or material science
- Hands-on experience required in polymer synthesis
- Familiar with SEM, Raman, FTIR, ICP and other materials characterization techniques
- Strong track record of research capability and publication in the field of required expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a
