Come join us: Let's co-create together This is a senior role leading the overall design of the solution involving one or more Stefanini solutions and/or applications. You are out front leading the way immersing yourself in the process. You are the conduit between the client, solution, and development team. First point of contact for all stakeholders in regards to business or technical scope. Your primary objective is to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders and the dev team. Responsibilities Lead discussions with clients and stakeholders on Stefanini digital solution practiceCollaborate identify dependencies, prerequisites etc.Coach and act as lead consultant on other teamsCreate and lead Dev Ops workshopsBuild a deal from the ground up. Take a conversation with a client and develop it into a Digital Solution.Produce materials while coaching others on the methodology you followed along the wayFormulate, define, and refine business and technical scope for dev teams.Work alongside BU leaders, Product leads and architects to define the scope, yet be able to convey the same scope to non-technical clients and other Stefanini stakeholders.Create technical specification documents as well as Low Level Design modelsWork alongside and at times lead the team during the development processBe pulled in on short notice to lead key client presentationsOrganize walkthroughs with all relevant stakeholders to get feedback and for awareness.Guide and coach teams during the development process on high level technical aspects, participate in all scrum ceremonies.Provide expert advice in all aspects of the programming methods, tools and standards used in the organization.Actively be involved in reviews, provide feedback.
