40 hrs per week - Sunday thru Thursday Day Shift
1 year experience with recovery preferred
HS Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Certified Peer Recovery Technician preferred
Will lead other recovery techs, manage schedule, provide coverage, oversee certain operational tasks of the program, etc.
Previous substance use experience required
What You Will DoProvide direct behavioral health patient care.Assist patients with performing activities of daily living.
Provide or assist with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
Observe and record patient behavior and activities. Report any changes in condition and suggest modifications to the treatment plan.
Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients.
What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross (ARC) CPR for Professional Rescuers card will be accepted upon hire but renewal must be a BLS Provider card from AHA.
Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred.
Nurse Aide credentialed from the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry preferred.
Education:High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
