Stefanini is looking for a Systems Engineer to complement the technical capabilities of our NA/APAC ICT team. The role is responsible for designing and implementing information systems that adequately support our infrastructure services by analyzing system requirements and defining system architecture that will meet business needs, including server infrastructure, capacity planning, storage requirements, and networking protocols. The Systems Engineer will also need to ensure that project rollouts meet security standards and are effectively integrated with current applications. The purpose of the role is to provide technical architecture support to our services, to assist in the delivery of project artefacts and project delivery frameworks and ensure the IT solutions are designed and implemented according to the business and technical requirements and aligned to the IT strategy. Additional responsibilities: Establish enterprise-wide IT infrastructure standards consistent with business needs. Solution design and assessment, planning and documentation, implementation and handover to Operations.Determine technical requirements for delivering and maintaining internal infrastructure. Participate in program audits and project reviews.Collaborate on technical projects and core infrastructure.Provide technical direction of new or current system implementations.Understand technology trends, major vendors and identify business implications of new technology.Create detailed project plans for new system designs and rollouts.Report on project deployments.

What do you need to succeed? 3+ years of experience in supporting, designing and solutioning Infrastructure and/or Cloud management services in an enterprise level organization. Knowledge of IT process model/framework such as Agile and/or ITIL. Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions.Be an experienced technical generalist with the ability to deep dive in the following domains:Datacenter and Server Hosting: UNIX & Windows Server Systems, and Virtualization.Automation: Understanding of scripting, infrastructure as code, DevOps and automation will help gain efficiencies through standard work. Knowledge of .NET, Java, C# and Visual Studio are good differentials. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields are preferable.Experience with microservices and containers architectures: Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless would be a plus.Experience on agile infrastructure and service delivery: DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud Native Applications, IaC would be a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills.
