Competitive pay rates - $12.00/hr (without 4-year degree) and $14.00/hr (with 4-year degree).Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our trade partners, consumers, and internal process partners by phone. Activities include; working with 3rd party companies, resolving customer inquiries regarding order status and appliance deliveries.Hours of availability: Monday- Friday 8a-8p EST, Saturday 8a-5p EST. You may be asked to work as late as 10p EST and on Sundays during promotional season. You will be scheduled 40 hours per week within the hours of operation.
