Activities include; working with 3rd party companies, resolving customer inquiries regarding order status, appliance deliveries, and delivery reschedules.Hours of availability: Monday- Friday 8a-8p EST, Saturday 8a-5p EST. You may be scheduled to work as late as 10p EST and on Sundays during promotional season. You will be scheduled 40 hours per week within the hours of operation. Open availability is required during the hours specified. This is a full-time position.Skills:Desired skills and attributes:- Professionalism, especially under pressure- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly with minimal assistance- Effective verbal communication skills, problem-solving and multi-tasking ability- Predictable attendance, self-motivated, and driven- Proficient in typing and data entry- Intermediate computer skills and Windows experienceEducation:High SchoolQualifications:- High School Diploma or GED (proof required during screening process)- One year customer service experience required, previous call center experience is a plus- Logistics knowledge is helpful- Background and drug screening required for hire Apply today!
