Looking for experienced maintenance technician for general maintenance, painting, cleaning at our multiple apartment communities. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation, be willing to travel short distances to other properties, and have own basic tools.
Specialization in carpentry/plumbing/electrical a plus.
Pay is dependent upon skill level.
