  • This position is for a product manager that will lead the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration for 150+ applications in Enterprise Connectivity.
  • This position will be part of the Connectivity and Cloud Delivery (CCD) organization.
  • Connectivity and Cloud delivery is the delivery organization in Enterprise Connectivity which is responsible for the delivery of key connectivity initiatives, like Over-The-Air (OTA), Vehicle Communications and Vehicle Data Management and Vehicle Feature Management.
  • This position will work closely with the respective product owners and product managers to enable an efficient migration process.
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for working with the various teams across Enterprise Connectivity to enable them to migrate their products to GCP.
  • Manage the entire project in Jira and publish the health of the project on a regular cadence to program stakeholders
  • Facilitate planning the migration with the teams and ensure that they meet their milestones
  • Identify overall risks / issues and establish early risk mitigation plans
  • Work closely with the Technical product managers to understand the impact technology and its impact to the migration.
  • Work closely with the product owners and product managers to schedule the migration based on their current workload.
  • Lead Agile team processes and ceremonies for the immediate team and the extended product teams.
  • Ensure the migration is transparent to the end customers
  • Manage the releases of the products in GCP
  • Manage the overall migration plan, risks, status and issues
  • Ensure there are no impacts to vehicles program launches and other key business events
Skills Required:
  • Program Management
  • Good Communication
  • Skills and ability to lead meetings with product teams to kickoff their migration and follow through to completion of their migration.
  • Good understanding of cloud technology
Experience Preferred:
  • Jira Skills
Education Required:
  • Master s or Bachelors
