- Maintain employee master-file data in the ADP Workforce Now System
- Reconcile and enter payroll time data in timekeeping systems.
- Record/Review all new hires, terminations, or employee changes related to payroll (direct deposit, tax withholding, etc.)
- Review and enter changes in insurance/employee deductions
- Review time & attendance data and Paid Time Off for adherence to STG policies
- Computing wages, deductions, commissions, benefits, etc. according to company policy
- Set up pay cycles, import / enter pay data, and transmit to ADP for processing
- Work to resolve time and attendance or other payroll issues
- Balance pay batches to source documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Process child-support, lien, garnishment, or other court ordered payroll events
- Maintain and document all payroll records
- Federal, State, SUI & FUTA filings and reconciliations
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data consistency across multiple systems
- Respond to data requests from HR, Finance, or other departments
- Benefits Administration assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Accounts Payable-Reviewing and Processing bills
- Accounts Receivable-Payment Reconciliation and Open Invoice Follow Up
- Business Insurance Compliance
- Assist in helping manage office supplies inventories
- Prior payroll, administration and/or human resource experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills (detail oriented, goal oriented, follow through).
- Great attitude (people skills, innovative, proactive).
- Accurate Data Entry skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
- Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll preferred.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment and ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment.
- Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise a plus
