BAND 2 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description
- Provide support to EO (Executive Officer) & EA (Executive Admin) Engineer or VIP's Support. CXO level support. (Mandatory requirement)
- Certain sites in this model will have EO & EA level of staff based at sites and will require and enhanced level of engineer soft/people skills and good technical skills and experience to work directly with them when issues arise. However, the scope of works carried out does remain the same as the rest of the OSS scope.
- These engineers would be known as EO engineers, and their prime duty would be to be available as soon as possible (Drop all other activities to support) for EO support either to the onsite or visiting EO's and also the EA's that manage the EO's.
- EO engineers will have extra duties in assisting in conference room meeting support, Local PC backup and restore and going that extra mile to ensure the EO is fully operation with IT devices
- When not supporting the EO's. EA's or VIP's then the engineer would perform normal daily engineer BAU tasks for the rest of the IT users.
