About the JobWe are currently looking for Service Desk Analyst. We will consider relocation for candidates with exceptional skills.

Requirements:

Completed High School diploma
Candidates with 3 years in a service desk environment
Experience resolving escalated customer and vendor issues
Previous Experience in healthcare information technology
MCSE and A+ Certifications
Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL
