DescriptionA large and GROWING Credit Union client is looking for AT LEAST 3 Mortgage Processors.Our Credit Union Client company has an immediate need for Loan Processors to join their team. As the Mortgage Processor, you will be examining loan documents for completeness and accuracy. The Mortgage Processor will also be calculating principal and interest payments, prepare and assemble all required documents for the loan approval process, and obtaining any additional information needed.Additional duties include for the Mortgage Processor include:
Interviewing loan applicants
Assisting applicants in selecting the most suitable mortgage option.
Reviewing loan applications.
Evaluating applicant financial information including salary, assets, debts and expenses.
Calculating applicant credit scores.
Verifying the accuracy of applicant data.
Approving or rejecting loans.
Managing real estate loan documentation.
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Submitting a detailed loan package to the Underwriting department.
RequirementsThe ideal Mortgage Processor will have -
At least 2 years' experience in the Mortgage & Banking Industry
Strong communication skills
The ability to communicate effectively
