Key Responsibilities:• Onsite coordinator stationed at customer location and periodic travel at Testing sites• Supporting system level HIL and Vehicle testing of safety critical features like ADAS, Powertrain, Active/passive safety Brakes, Powertrain and BEV• Participate in planning decision meetings to keep all the stake holders aligned with the plan and delivery timelines, reporting Management & customer needs with various intervals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)• Bridge the offshore team needs with customer and enable right inputs• Discuss, Enable and ensure right connectivity inline with customer VPN/network and enable the project related tool access• Ensure offshore team receives the right HW/SW and tool licenses in discussion with customer and own the shipments• Bridge the customer and Project teams/onsite vehicle testing team and enable the necessary process and tools intact• Escalate the identified risk well ahead considering the quick response possible time with the fall back plan• Participate in the leadership management and Customer governance meetings, to present the current & forecast status of the delivery plans• Timely Coordination with customer procurement/Shipment team with inline customer/team needs• Ensure right process and adhering to internal and customer audits

Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringExperience Essential:• 15 to 20 years of Experience on Automotive Project and program management• Expertise in handling automotive safety critical testing management• Expertise in Automotive Communication and Diag exp in flashing ECUs and handling related tools• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak with individuals at all levels both with customer and in the organization • Expertise in Project and program management• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment• Expert in customer discussions in handling on any issues, dependencies, and risk management• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Expertise in working with cross-functional teams
