Job DescriptionThis position is 100% work from home and can be located anywhere in the United States.As the Clinical Program Manager in Specialty Pharmacy, you will partner strategically with Specialty Trade and pharmaceutical manufacturer clients to design and deliver services that differentiate CVS Health as the premier Specialty Pharmacy provider. You will serve as the enterprise clinical subject matter expert for an assigned set of therapies and stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure CVS Health has programs that optimize patient care and clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop relationships and enhance partnerships with Specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers Present clinical services and therapy capabilities to external clients to secure product access and gain incremental market share Monitor the pipeline and manage all clinical aspects of new product launches Develop and deliver clinical education and training to internal and external customers A strong clinical background with a high level of independent judgement and initiative is required. You will serve as the clinical expert on key business initiatives and provide insight into strategic planning. Excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic vision, critical thinking and creativity will aid in your success to drive new opportunities for the Specialty Pharmacy business.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,300Maximum: 194,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsActive pharmacist license that is in good standing - 5+ years of Specialty Pharmacy experience required - Proficient with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, - Visio and Excel - Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
