Experience Level: 7-10 years Skills & Job Responsibilities: Skills Needed:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from inception to successful implementation
- Solid project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and mid-size projects in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/ design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
- Demonstrated experience in creating detailed documentation for moderate sized projects
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve results
- Good ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirement
- Ability to communicate needs and schedules, as well as ensure that plans are in place and standards are adhered to
- Good ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
- Good ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention, and effort between current project workload and ongoing support tasks Ability to influence those not within direct control
- Ability to coordinate and execute cross functionally with technical managers, business managers, SMEs, and customers
