D&B Construction Equipment Inc, is a small local family owned business located in Lena,WI. We are currently seeking a Part-time employee for Administrative Assistant / Book Keeping position. This position is to help in the office with everyday accounting duties as the business continues to grow. The position will include but is not limited to, filing, answering phones, doing monthly reports, and writing invoices and handling sales taxes (with Quickbooks). Accounts payable, receivable and Quick Books experience helps but not required. You will be working alongside the current Part-time Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper to help manage office functions and move fully into the position. The ideal candidate will have good communication and organization skills. Must be polite when talking to customers. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, able to handle interruptions and can display accurate data entry. This is a great opportunity for the right person. We offer 401K and vacation time. Part-Time 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Reconciling Bank Statements

W-2's
1099's
Monthly Reports-P&L's, Balance Sheets, etc.
Using Quick Books
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Other office related tasks

Qualifications for this position are: Competent with Word and Excel Programs, Some accounting knowledge is beneficial but not required, and multitasking.
