Job Description

The Manager Sales Logistic Interface and Customer Supply Chain Services is the central linking pin from customer and sales activities to the operational execution with the target of superior customer satisfaction.

The responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Identifying ideas and developing concepts to improve customer service.
  • Interaction and alignment with sales, operations, human resources, leadership, and customers
  • Providing tactical direction to the order to cash operation experts, while monitoring requirements and providing transparency on the overall performance.
  • Consulting with senior management regarding strategic and operational performance.
  • Managing the order to cash business processes
  • Recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining personnel in order to balance staffing strengths while serving as coach and mentor.
  • Participating in Global Governance activities and strategic initiatives to understand and influence strategic direction.
  • Driving harmonization within the local order to cash teams based on goals and objectives
  • Providing tactical direction and support to the Regional Process Consultant consistent with the direction set by the governance team
  • Defining the methodologies and framework for execution of changes.
  • Ethically protecting company resources and best interest in all activities.
  • Continuous Process Improvement focus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain or 8 years of equivalent relevant experience required
  • MBA in supply chain preferred
  • 10+ years of applicable customer service, supply chain management or logistics work experience
  • Advanced knowledge in ERP order-to-cash processes, SAP preferred
  • Business Process Expert in Customer Service and Order to Cash required
  • Expert Communication to a variety of audiences, both internally and externally
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, with knowledge in multiple business disciplines
  • KPI-oriented, number driven
  • Advanced MS Office skills
