Location: Warren, MI Description: Our client is currently seeking a QUALITY ENGINEER
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Maintain customer concern countermeasure list for Plant issues
- 8D report creation and coordination
- Procedures for Quality
- Support Customer quality issues
- Support supplier quality issues
- Create quality inspection data and forms
- Create Inspection Standards
- Customer presentations for Quality issues
- Provides feedback concerning quality issues at Customer
- Ensures quality conforms to requirements; workmanship standards,
- Inspects the product and/or audits processes based upon the drawing requirements
- Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of 3D and 2D wire harness prints
- Ability to analyze problems to include asking the appropriate questions and gathering additional information in order to identify causes of and solutions to problems.
- Knowledge of wire harness assembly and ability to repair/replace.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical functions.
