TOMRA, an international recycling company, is looking for a Junior Shop Technician who has the drive to learn a trade with an established company. Basic technical knowledge needed to successfully, analyze, test, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and rebuild all mechanical and electrical equipment required in Tomra Reverse Vending Machines. If you are looking for a place to advance and hone your craft Tomra would be the perfect fit. Pay: $19/Hr.
Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401kMechanical:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all types of Tomra related equipment and components. Repair and or replace motors, gear boxes, chains, rollers, wiring harnesses, bearings, and belts.
Welding & Fabricating:Ability to make welding repairs to new and existing equipment, fabricate, and repair those parts and components needed to maintain safe and efficient operation. Familiar with and able to use power, hand, and pneumatic tools, also the use of grinders, drill presses and machine press.Electrical:Able to repair and replace electric circuits and systems to include but not limited to motors, fuses, circuit breakers, contactors, sensing switches, control wiring, and transformers.Rigging and Lifting:Must be familiar with and able to use chain falls, come along, hoists, lifts, and pallet jacks, to safely rig and move equipment and parts used for installation or repairs. May be required to become trained and certified to operate power industrial trucks.Installation and Customer Deliveries:Able to operate a Tomra provided delivery vehicle while maintaining DOT, Federal, and State rules and regulations.
Must be able to navigate to and from destinations as workload requires.
Conduct equipment and process training sessions for customers on TOMRA related equipment and technologies.#indsrvmi
