- Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates on multiple and moderately complex processes and equipment. Utilize their skills to solve technical/complex problems in a hands-on manner, working in a fast paced environment. Works cross-functionally to develop capable process and complex technologies and ensures efficient and effective transfer of the process and equipment into production. Use mechanical design software to create complete mechanical design concepts for robust and low-risk machine designs that meet project scope. Perform technical analysis of new equipment designs using analytical techniques to verify and optimize the design. Set up R&D projects and perform required research to validate the feasibility of the proposed concepts. Qualifications
