Delivery CoordinatorDuties:The Delivery Coordinator will support IT Portfolio level initiatives to ensure accurate understanding and decision making by IT and business leadership. Assists in recurring and ad hoc reporting of status, issues, risks, scope, and schedule across all Portfolio initiatives. Performs research and analysis on variances and is a subject matter expert for the Portfolio with regards to processes and tools. Supports the portfolio across initiatives; analyzing data and creating reports, monitoring process, facilitating portfolio level meetings, and acting as a back-up Delivery Manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The 6-10 major responsibility areas of the job. - Responsible for assisting Portfolio Leadership with Portfolio level reporting. Assists with ensuring that Portfolio teams are adhering to process and standards. 20%
- Coordinate and facilitate portfolio level communication and meetings with IT and business leaders to assure full alignment. Monitor and support scope and schedule adjustments across Portfolio initiatives and provide updates as priorities and schedules change. 20%
- Support and enforce the governance structure across the Portfolio team. Manage risk and issue tracking activities to achieve aligned goals. 20%
- Provide Portfolio level visibility to work plans, release schedules, and status reports. Facilitate the necessary meetings for schedule and status tracking. Conduct presentations regarding initiative progress to cross functional IT teams and business stakeholders. 20%
- Provide assistance to IT team members with issues regarding processes or tools. Assisting the Delivery Director with ensuring continuous improvement across the Portfolio team to improve their understanding and skill and ensure they are familiar with resource materials available. Ensure adherence to methodology process and standards. 10%
