- Confirming requirements, updating BR100s, performing configurations.
- Supporting data conversions using data loader, WebADI, API Wizard loaders, and Oracle concurrent programs.
- Requirements definition and testing of new and/or modified CEMLI.
- Analyze, Diagnose, Resolve & provide solution .
- Update knowledge base (if required), update documentation (if required) and user communication.
- Co-ordination with third party vendors (Oracle EBS Support Team, Oracle Product Vendor, 3rd Party Systems listed in scope) for issue resolution.
- Manage and update documents as per Client defined standards and tools.
