Northwest Respiratory Services, servicing respiratory needs since 1976, is seeking oxygen delivery drives to deliver medical oxygen supplies to local nursing homes and private residences within Brainerd and surrounding areas.
Typical Hours
¾Monday - Friday Day Positions
¾Includes On-Call opportunities with time and a half pay, plus bonus
Job Duties and Responsibilities
¾Drive and maneuver a straight truck or van
¾Deliver, exchange, set-ups and picks up oxygen supplies and other respiratory equipment at the patient's location (ex. residence, assisted living, or nursing home)
¾Setting up medical equipment and instructing patients the proper use and care of equipment
¾Help resolve patient(s) equipment problems on an as needed basis
¾Complete and maintain a driver log, vehicle inspection sheet, delivery tickets, pick-up tickets, etc.
Requirements
¾Current state issued driver's license
¾Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (MVR), drug test, and DOT physical
¾Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
¾Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements (not a pre-requisite)

Physical Requirements and Demands
¾Must have the ability to lift and carry durable medical equipment that weighs up to 75 lbs. for 25%-50% of the day
¾Must have the ability to occasionally lift, pull, push, and carry up to 100 lbs.
