A.M.P. Contracting LLC is a progressively growing commercial construction company specializing in pre-engineered buildings and structural steel. We are currently looking to hire a metal building foreman. Previous experience in the following is required; erection of pre-engineered metal buildings, including primary and secondary steel, metal roofing and siding with insulation, trim work on building, standing seam and simple saver roofs. Pay is based on experience.

Communicating effectively with your crew
Conducting toolbox/safety meetings at the beginning of each day
Address and resolve any issues or concerns
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Provide a positive learning environment for employees to foster successful development
Read Blue Prints
Attention to Quality is a must
Must work alongside crew
Schedule equipment
Ability to meet deadlines
Work with schedules and budgets per project
Delegates work assignments; matches the responsibility to the person
Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Can clearly communication with supervisors, and co-workers
Safely operate vehicles, mechanical devices or equipment
Commitment to a safe working environment for oneself and fellow co-workers
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of two years experience as foreman
Must have commercial construction experience

Physical Demands: Must be comfortable working at varying heights. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs consistently Physical demands change in scope from day to day and work.
