- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Building complex data integrations between third party applications and internal systems including Data Warehouse
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Customer facing and comfortable interfacing on client calls
- Advise internal customers on project timelines for all phases of technical design projects
- Function as technical resource on appropriate projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Recommend improvements to business processes as supported by application systems
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience building, running, and deploying systems in a production environment
- Proficient with SQL Server
- Significant experience and firm understanding of API designs: RESTful, XML, XSLT, JSON
- Proficient with ETL tools
- Strong familiarity with Agile development framework
- Familiar with cloud infrastructure Azure a plus
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and Active Directory integration
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools Microsoft DevOps a plus
- Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience preferred; aptitude for acquiring strong industry knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients
