Kelly Services is currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to work onsite with a medical equipment company in Brooklyn Park MN.Duration: 6-12 monthsPay rate: $19 per hourThe Laboratory Assistant I is responsible for receiving and processing time-sensitive Laboratory samples, distributing samples to appropriate testing areas, and generating Customer test reports, ensuring accurate documentation.Receives, sorts, and logs in samples for testing.
Distributes samples to appropriate testing areas.
Generates, reviews and/or maintains as appropriate outbound logs, records, filing system, laboratory testing datasheets, reports, shipping forms for return samples, receipts, Biological Indicator and supply purchases. Performs data entry using Computer software. b. Logs in consumables. c. Performs record cleaning and keeping tasks.
Interfaces with Customers and couriers professionally and courteously.
Processes Biological Indicator sales to Customers, providing product pull and shipment.
Packages environmental monitoring plates for shipment to Customers.
Monitors inventory of supplies for Laboratory sales.
