Job Title: 2nd Shift Mig WelderJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic manufacturing team as a Welder, where you will engage in very fast-paced, production environment tasks. Your primary responsibility will be Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel throughout the day, utilizing weld fixtures and weld symbols to complete units within a set timeframe. You will be part of a team where each welder is responsible for loading metal onto the fixture, welding one part of the unit, unloading once complete, and passing the unit along to the next welder. Welders average 2,000-2,500 welds per day, with a focus on consistent cosmetic welding quality.Pay: 22-26 (based off weld test)Shift: 3:30pm - 2am (Mon- Thurs) with Mandatory OT on Fri/Sat as neededWork EnvironmentManufacturing facility that is not air conditioned and can bit hot. The role involves bending, twisting, and lifting all day. It is essential to maintain punctuality and attendance as productivity is measured by the weld cell, not individually.Additional Information
