Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist in the Medical Devices industry, based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The role will involve working in an office environment close to the production floor, with a focus on payroll preparation and benefits administration.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Manage and maintain precise customer credit records Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly Oversee customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions Verify and submit time records for payroll processing, ensuring all data is accurate and timely Handle various rates and paperwork related to shift differentials across multiple sites Manage benefit-related inquiries via various communication channels Coordinate funding after payroll to ensure proper alignment with benefits Oversee the auditing of new staff paperwork and their entry into the system Collaborate in the implementation of the Workforce Manager for time and attendance Manage and maintain the ADP Workforce Now system, ensuring its optimal function Handle manual and automated file feeds related to benefits. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration within the medical devices industry Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software for payroll processing Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration, demonstrating an understanding of retirement savings plans Proven ability to handle all benefit functions, including enrollment, changes, and terminations Extensive knowledge and experience in benefits administration, including health, dental, and life insurance plans Hold a Certified Payroll Detail Oriented (CPP) certification Proficient in using HRIS Payroll System for efficient payroll management and record keeping Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
