JOB POSITION: Lead EngineerLOCATION: 7000 Target Parkway North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445DUTIES: Lead the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of services; provide the team with thought leadership to promote re-use and develop consistent and scalable patterns; design, develop, and test data pipelines to provide data solutions with building data lake for analytical and data science users; mentored ETL developers on technical design and solutioning; work with product owners and vendors to understand the business-critical metrics and requirements; arrive at a high-level solution that is aligned with strategic roadmap and program objectives; design, develop, and build REST API solutions to support operational use cases; lead and participate in complex construction, automation, and implementation activities; build customized continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) deployment process for data engineering pipelines; coordinate with platform engineers for performance tuning; and apply knowledge to retail and ecommerce domains, focusing on business intelligence tools, data analysis, warehousing, and distributed systems.
