The leader and their team will facilitate the cooperation and cohesion between Operations, Engineering and Program Management during the development and transition of new products to ensure they are manufacturable and ready for rate production. From a business perspective, the candidate will be required to track day-to-day project status, support internal and external customer meetings, ensure project process compliance, support annual NPI strategic and financial planning efforts, and be focal for their NPI team. From a team management perspective the candidate will be required to support employees development (coaching, mentoring, training and career development), day-to-day performance management, talent acquisition/retention, and resource management. The candidate should be highly motivated, have a passion to win, innovative, transparent, and diplomatic, able to build strong business relationships and have the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment across a matrix organization. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure Operations voice is considered in development decision making.

Build collaborative working environment to accomplish team goals.

Development and coordination of a new product introduction team.

Oversight of the early builds, transition build team, and activities.

Prioritize human resources to meet business objectives.

Responsible for selection of new employees as well as development and performance management of current employees.

Contributes to the development, modification, and review of New Product Introduction systems, processes, reporting methods, and tools.

Support yearly Strategic and Operational Financial Planning activities.

Strives for 100% internal and external customer satisfaction by understanding the customer's needs and providing goods and services that satisfy the customer.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience.

OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.

OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws / regulations.

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.
