Join Our Team as a Tractor Mechanic!Are you an experienced Diesel Tractor Mechanic looking to take your career to the next level?We are seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnostics and repair to join our team specializing in LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation.What You’ll Do:Perform diagnostic assessments on a variety of tractor models used in LTL transportation.Conduct repairs and maintenance to ensure fleet reliability and safety.Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.Maintain accurate service records and comply with industry standardsTo be considered the candidate must have:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diesel MechanicASE Certification (Automotive Service Excellence)Medium/Heavy Truck TechnicianDiesel EnginesBrakesElectrical/Electronic SystemsPreventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI)Must possess own general toolsCDL Class A, preferred but not required.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of hands-on experience in tractor diagnostics and repair.In-depth knowledge of LTL transportation systems and equipment.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A commitment to safety and quality in all work performed.What We Offer:Competitive wageStart wage between $35 and $39 per hour DOEFull benefits package.Tool Reimbursement program after 1 yearOpportunities for professional growth and training.A supportive and collaborative work environment.State-of-the-art facilities and equipment.Work schedule:Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PMIf you’re passionate about keeping fleets running smoothly and have the expertise to back it up, we’d love to hear from you!
