We are seeking a Project Manager for a contract-to-hire job opportunity with a leading client in Champlin, MN. In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for the design, promotion and sale of filtration modules directly to end customers in North America.

Responsibilities:

-Drive projects within Production Equipment area

-Communicate with vendors and internal production management to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

-Conduct on- site engineering meetings with customers to establish details of project

-Provide engineering meeting notes and distribute to internal and external partners

-Perform mid-production site visits

-Provide on- site installation support as needed

-Conduct on- site commissioning support as needed

Requirements:

-Minimum of a high school diploma required (college degree preferred)

-This position will require overnight travel up to 25%.

-Strong mechanical aptitude required

-Strong computer skills required (proficiency with excel and spreadsheets required)

-Previous experience in a customer-interfacing position required

-Previous project management experience preferred

-Strong communication skills required

-Mechanical drafting skills preferred (Microstation or Autocad)

-SAP experience a plus
