Lead Field Labor SpecialistLead Field Labor Specialist to contribute to our ongoing success and growth. This role is responsible for the growth, enhancement, and maintenance of the company s usage of the Field Nation platform. The Lead position will play a critical role in platform and network related initiatives and function as the liaison between Field Nation and key internal stakeholders. This position will have a passion for process improvement, thrive in a collaborative environment, be extremely organized and have the ability develop relationships with ease. Over time, once preliminary goals are met, this individual will also assist with field labor buying as part of the Sourcing and Buying group (SBG).Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Ownership of the Field Nation Relationship and Internal Operations Lead -This position will be responsible for all improvement initiatives including review of root cause and recommended process improvements. This role will also assist Sales with providing rate information, coverage, and skillset capabilities for bid opportunities. In addition, create reporting and project dashboards to drive business decisions and to communicate to key stakeholders.Technician Management & Recruitment along with Internal Training and Collaboration - This position will build and implement formalized technician recruitment, along with management and scorecard/skills process. This role will develop strong working knowledge of and build relationships with the technicians, which includes leading efforts to manage issue escalations specific to technicians and work to find common and fair resolutions.Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Associates degree or equivalent technology experience in the fields of IT, procurement, construction, or operations.
- Minimum 5+ years of project coordination, project management or labor purchase experience
- Minimum 1+ years of Field Nation experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Broad understanding of IT industry.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent negotiation skills
