As theRN at our Assisted Living facility, you willhelp maximize our commitment to being part of a community and providing the best possible care to our residents.

We are looking for someoneto provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by direct care staff. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Clinical Coordinator/RN Manager to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

1. Provide nursing care to residents residing in the assisted living community.

2. Assist in the admission and discharge process of resident to and from the assisted living community.

3. Assist in the coordination of resident care with other health care providers.

4. Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and regulations.

5. Develop work assignments and/or assist in completing and performing such assignments.

6. Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your shift.

Qualifications

1. MN RN License.

2. Must possess ability to make independent decisions when warranted.

3. Be knowledgeable of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to comprehensive Home Care Licensure.
