Tech Support (PHONE)The shift would be M-F 10-6:30pm and our ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- A strong phone support and IT background
- Remote PC /server access and maintenance experience
- A passing grade from our pre-interview filtering re: conversation skills - speaks clearly
- Network troubleshooting experience
- Spreadsheet data manipulation and reporting
- CCTV or IP camera experience is a plus
