Technical Support Associate 1 Sun-Thurs 9 pm to 5:30 am CST The Technical Support Associate is responsible for supporting all Our client field-based activities including providing support to our vendor partner technicians which requires troubleshooting and issue resolution. This position is designated to provide second level support for selected Our client projects. This position also involves data entry for status and reporting information. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Project Support Activities including developing a thorough understanding of the project s Statement of Work (SOW); collecting required project data and information; providing general technical support to ongoing field service activities; working directly with field teams to troubleshoot and resolve site specific technical situations; escalating issues to assigned resources as needed; value selling of Our client products/services; and may perform technician check-in and check-out interviews as needed. Positive Communication including utilizing Our client s systems and tools to effectively communicate status of project activities; maintaining positive and effective working relationships with Our client s network of vendor partners; participating in internal project meetings; maintaining positive working relationships with internal departments including providing overall feedback to the project management teams; and making recommendations for continued process improvement. Qualifications and Experience Required:
- General tech support
- Experience with Phone Support
- General networking, 2-4 years experience.
- POS, IP Camera, CCTV helpful.
- Retail IT support helpful.
- Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with SharePoint a definite plus
- Any relevant certifications a definite plus
