The responsibilities of the Systems Management Specialist include: - Provide escort service for vendors inside Data Center and ensure vendor access compliance
- Learn areas of support for batch Scheduling system as time permits
- Act as go-between with vendors and Optum Management bringing forward any issues.

Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Job Scheduling Tool such as TWS, OPC, BMC or other
- 2+ years in Knowledge of best practices for Data Centers
- 2 + years in Knowledge of batch processing with Mainframe or i-series
- 2+ years of Exposure to Distributed Batch processing with Autosys, TWS or similar tool
- Ability to work well while taking direction
- Ability to work well in stressful situations.
- ITIL Certification
Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's degree or higher
- Experience with Service Now
