- Four plus years experience in a Micro Lab either in pharmaceutical or other industrial setting, and background in aseptic techniques preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Microbiology or related science
- Performs microbiological testing of products, stability samples, validation samples and raw materials, environmental samples
- Performs suitability testing and method validation
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides microbiology thought leadership across functional groups
- Leads cross-functional training and data review processe
- Acts as subject matter expert (SME) within a core functional area of microbiology
